For the last ten years I have been a loyal and satisfied customer of N.C.I.S. I can fairly say that you and your staff have predictably exceeded my expectations in service, competent and professional work, and the preventive maintenance which you have taught me will preclude most major expenses. I absolutely trust your diagnoses and recommendations and have never been disappointed. In addition, all of my friends and clients know where I take my vehicles and how satisfied I have always been. The closest thing I have heard resembling negative feedback was that there is not a good restaurant in the vicinity so they could wait for the car and have lunch! You might think about that.
